With the decision not to stray away from the fall theme, the wedding cake was fine tiers and decorated with deep shades of orange, red, yellow and green leaves. It had three tiers of red velvet and two tiers of chocolate sponge cake all covered in buttercream and white icing. It was created by London based baker, Sophie Cabot, and her team. The cake had 400 eggs, at least 53 packs of unsalted butter, 15 kilograms of organic self-raising flour, and 20 kilos of sugar.
