Hugh Hefner was an American businessman, founder, and editor-in-chief of the 'Playboy' magazine and the former Chief Creative Officer of the 'Playboy' Enterprise. Hugh has never always lived the free extravagant lifestyle as he had strict parents who attended Methodist Church, his father was an account was while his mother was a school teacher. Hugh and his brother were raised with a strict conservative lifestyle that reflected high Puritan morals standards. Hugh never really excelled in school while growing up and this led his mother to have him examined by a Child Psychologist at the Illinois Institute for Juvenile Research. Regardless of his poor performance in school, he is said to be very intelligent with an I.Q of about 152, after graduating from High School, he was enrolled in the army between the year 1944-1946, he later graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign earning a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology and a double minor in Creative Writing and Art. He also attended the Northwestern University and his graduate paper was termed ‘Sex Behaviour and the U.S law’ after being interested in the behavioral analysis of sex and related U.S Laws.
